Start with a baseline
Review demand, delivery capacity, cash requirements and your team’s current workload. Separate what you know from assumptions that need validation.
Choose a small number of priorities
Identify the two or three constraints that have the greatest effect on progress. Give each priority an owner, an outcome and a review date.
Plan the first 90 days
Break the work into achievable milestones. Include dependencies, resources and decision points so the plan can guide day-to-day action.
Review and adapt
Use a consistent reporting rhythm. Track a small set of meaningful indicators and adjust the plan when the evidence changes.
